replaced
time works in more ways than we can count.
for getting out of school, or when to go to bed.
but time is what our lives are consumed by.
consumed by the people we give it to.
every month, every day, every hour, its given to the people of our choice.
we give more time to the people we believe in, the people we see ourselves in, mainly in the hope of making ourselves better.
but slowly we see ourselves so much that we begin to take care of the person with every inch of our being so that we won't be hurt while we dwell within them.
they become a priority, something you'd die before giving up.
but time works in more ways than we can count.
so as we dwell and take care of the ones we love and keep sacred; they light a flame in us that burns and burns till we are nothing but a home of memories waiting to be replaced.
