You and I
You and I
We may fight,
We may cry,
But underneath
You love me.
We may not see eye to eye
And we may not agree,
But I understand why
You do deny
All the things happening.
What others call a mess
We try to call romance.
What others say
We block away
And say is our affection.
For you may bring pain,
But you hold me with passion-
Kissing away my struggles,
Masking my fears,
Hiding my true thoughts.
For you and I
May fight and cry,
But we love eachother
With agreat wrath of passion
Until the day our love dies.

Poetry should convey a message to someone, touch their heart, and have them connect in some way. That is always my ultimate goal when writing a poem so I hope you enjoy.
