Fourth of July Poem
Fourth of July,
The sun is high in the sky,
The sky is bright blue and almost clear,
The fun is almost near.
Exciting raffles,
Fish pond game,
Who is picked is always a baffle,
Sometimes didn’t even put in their name.
Swimming is a blast,
The games are always fast,
The rope swing is always packed,
yet is always still fun to interact.
The night ends with fireworks,
We watch at the beach,
Always scared of being in reach with fireworks,
Yet it is always still spectacular.
