yet everyday
you'd beat her
like she wasn't
worth
anything
you held my hand
told me i was your princess
but when i cried
because i was hurt,
you ignored me
and pushed me away...
you bought them everything they wanted
did you really think
money would make you
the best dad?
or the better question
is...
did you ever
loved
us?
