The Eye Of A Tornado
The complexity of the simplest things
are too difficult to fathom into words.
At least, without deep thought.
I am still
after my mind finishes a 5k.
And I feel
something
sort of
unreal.
An ease,
although
I am in unsettling
circumstances.
Oh, how I love the civil wars that rage within me;
because it is in the middle of these
that sweet peace embraces me.
It is there
And then where
I remember the fight will end in victory.
That there is purpose
to pain.
After 40 days of rain
there is still such a thing as clear skies.
