Naps: Good and Bad
A curse and a blessing
Exhausted, tired, and run down.
Just lay down on the couch and it might get you out of nowhere,
The sleep bug.
You tell yourself you wont fall asleep or worst case scenario
“just five minutes”
Boom, you’re out cold.
That just five minutes is no more.
Slowly you wake up
Refreshed and relaxed
Ready to tackle the next challenge in the day
Wow, that nap was much needed.
Jump straight up
In a panic and in a scramble
You fell asleep at halftime and missed the rest of the game
Wow, that nap ruined the day.
