You're The Reason I Dance In the Moonlight (In Memory of Kolbe)

I see you in the woods-
its green locks flowing in the breeze
embracing me in an earthy embrace,
the smell of life drifting through the air.
I see you in the wild animals-
the ones who flaunt their freedom,
the ones who pride themselves
on their silken coats of independence.
I see you in the moon-
its warm iridescent glow
bathing my body in a blue cast light,
pulling me to admire its beauty
every time it dances across the night sky.
My soul aches to be a part of this
place,
a part of you.
