There are other people that feel the same way I do,
But the thing is that we all go to the same place,
We all go there for the same reason,
Because we are unloved,
Because we are unwanted,
Because we are different,
We cut upon our bodies,
But we have reasons for those cuts,
We call them our personal tattoos,
We don’t do them with ink,
We don’t do them with a needle,
No! We do them with a razor blade,
We do them because we are hurt,
We do them because of our past,
We do them because we are the ones that get hurt,
People like to use us,
They don’t think about our emotions,
See that’s where the word “Emo” comes from,
And I am one of them,
No I am not proud of my scars,
No I am not proud of my cuts,
Yes all of these things I have felt and been through,
I have been through a lot of crap,
And I only know one way to handle it,
I believe I speak for all the kids that do the same thing I do,
I believe I speak for all the kids that have been bullied,
I know I have,
Everyone has,
I think we do it because we are hurt,
Because we want people to feel our pain,
Because they think that bullying is cool,
Because they want to fit in,
Hate to tell you it’s not cool,
It’s really getting old,
Definitely when you are picking on someone that has been hurt,
And cuts,
Be careful with what you say,
Because when you tell someone “Go Kill Yourself,”
They will actually do it,
I know this,
And if it doesn’t work,
Then they will keep trying,
Pick on one of my people again,
Then you will have to face all of us!!!

Do we really know what the word “Love is”?
Do we say it because we are hurt?
Do we say it because it sounds right?
How do we know when we “found the one”?
I know when I found the one,
Its when they make you happy,
Its when you are too shy to talk to them,
Its when you know that you can trust them,
Its when your heart skips a beat when you are not with them,
Its when they make you feel complete,
Its when you are about to freak out when you are not around that someone.
