Society
Teenagers constantly complain,
about the problems with society.
But that is not the case.
We are society.
We are society,
in ways we don't even know.
In the way we hold our favorite celebrity,
on a pedestal way above our own.
We are society,
in the way we color our hair,
whiten our teeth,
and the clothes we wear.
We are society,
in how we think and act.
And how we treat ourselves,
we think that we are broken and cracked.
We are society,
in the way we judge each other.
Like we have the room to..
Like we don't have our own problems to smother..
We are society,
in the way that we blame societty.
We will not take the blame..
but somebody has to.
We are society,
in the way that we must change.
Being caring and considerate,
should no longer be so strange.
If we don't look at ourselves
as society,
the whole world will start to share,
our teenage anxiety.
So who's going to step up,
and be the bigger person?
If nobody does, the situation we're in,
will only worsen.
We can no longer blame society,
when look who makes it up?
