Why do you love me?
Why do you lie to me?
You told me you’ll never hurt me.
Guess that wasn’t true.
How much more can I take?
This relationship is painful but lovely.
You put me through a lot.
I’m broken and shattered.
Why do you love and leave?
Who else are you trying to please?
You lie and break my heart.
Then you pretend that we are fine.
We fight and argue.
The love like there’s no tomorrow.
This isn’t safe.
But it’s worth it.
Some say this is as beautiful as a blooming flower.
We say it’s dying like a winter rose without water.
Why cry then take you back?
I can’t do this anymore.
I love you but I won’t take your abuse.
