As I walked down the street of the city that never sleeps

I was stabbed in the lungs
I inhaled the venomous air that millions of people die from each day
The ones that can’t reject the venom, the ones that try but are forced to continue

First, it goes through your mouth, then down the drain, and finally your lungs
I watched as two men walked in a rush
As if they were late for something
Of course they had to take out the bomb light it and wait for it to explode
How are they not afraid of death ?

In what way is that weapon any better?
Millions of people are killing themselves every second, minute, and hour of the day
I watched as they placed the bombs in their mouths
3,2,1 !
With no second thoughts or doubts they did it

By now the venom invaded their lungs and is up it’s  way to the brain
It will be war
Your immune system vs. venom
Angels vs. demons
This isn’t a fairy tale
The hero doesn’t always win
