I wonder how life lives?
Does it grow?
Does Life himself shrink like the elder?
Or is he more of an Eternal than a Mortal?
How do you know when Life will trade you off to Death?
Does Death welcome all?
Or only the evil?
The Wicked and the Worthless?
Is Death cold or Welcoming?
I wonder how death lives?
Does he live within us?
Does he strip our soul of color and freedom?
Do we see color after death?
Or just a blank?
Will I see colors in my coffin?
Will life still visit me after death?
Or am I alone?
Cold and dead and blank?
I wonder…
