you and I on saturday's

Saturday daylight pouring through my window swallows me into bilss,
free of restraint,
I find myself tangled into your comforting, libidinous body.
My ear against your beating heart,
the sound seems so enormous.
I listen to the steady, intense human noise your heart is making,
I consider that I have discovered an undeniable truth of colossal value,
that beating is you existing.
That beating is you and I on Saturday's.
Weekly obligations may become trivial, and immensely insignificant on Saturday's,
but you stay increasingly vital.
