The summer sun sets

As the autumn moon rises.

We whisper our goodbyes,
To the sweltering summer heat.

Winds whispers
The welcoming hellos
For autumns brisk air.

The cool autumn air
Floods the Earth.

Then we see the summer
Sun rays waving their goodbyes.

We were held in the moment
A second too long.

Missing the autumn air approach
As the summer sun setting.

Awakening to the autumn sun,
Looming in the sky.

Our hearts are aching
For the summer sun,
Once again.

We smell the fresh autumn air,
Waving there hello.

We have to let go
Of the summer sun
For it has set.

It’s time to let go.
Wave our goodbyes and
Whisper our hellos,
For now autumn.
