Realease
With every, step, leap, jump, turn, and torjete
I feel more alive inside
Temporarily forgetting about all of the negatives and allowing the music to move me
Having complete control of my body, which before I sometimes felt that I didn’t have
Dance saved me
Now in fact, for some it’s about having any control at all
Letting the music move them in no decided direction
Just as dance gave me a sense of control
Dance gave me freedom
Just my body, my soul, and the music alone
On the studio floor, on an open stage in front of a crowd, or in my living room
It’s just me and my release
