They Talked
Juice boxes in their hands, they talked about toys.
Soda in their hands, they talked about the future.
Coffee in their hands, they talked about money.
Tea in their hands, they finally talked about each other.
Eulogy in his hand, he talked about love, hoping that she was listening for the first time.

This piece really gives me determination to let my feelings out more, because I never want to have not expressed care for someone I loved more than anything. I hope that, from this, people will really understand that they don't have forever to tell someone how much they love them. It comes and goes just like that. People don't last forever, but regrets do.
