Going against time
October 2, 2014
Little bullets flying toward me,
with a little wooden wall blocking me from this war zone.
“I have one goal, to get to the flag in the middle of this battlefield.”
I grab a big board that I found on the wet, leafy ground.
then crawl toward that one flag.
Gripping on tightly and feeling the bullets hit hard against my shield,
I dangerously crawl forward,
to the flag…
I’m doing this for the team,
TO THE FLAG!
