Inside My GUitar
Inside of my guitar
I sit and play with a strong obsession
my blue acoustic on my leg.
The six strings hum at my demand,
the notes I play will let you in.
the real me comes through.
My music!
From every lyric that I write,
every emotion I’ve ever had
comes out threw my guitar.
I sing to what may make no sense
to me it’s just what I need.
The hidden message left in between,
the words no one else can see.
If you sit down and sing with me
the messages will come through.
My emotions show
wither it sad, happy, or maybe funny
my stories now lay in front of you.
If you need to know me
maybe you actually care.
Come in my room any night.
you’ll see me sitting on my bed
writing lyrics to sing along.
Everything inside will pour out,
from that blue guitar on my wall.
When I’m done writing I’ll pick it up
come sit with me so we can sing.
The lyrics are in front of us
as my soul is escaping free.
I start to strum and my voice flows free.
You’re now seeing all of me.
Every word that I sing
somehow resembles the real me.
The sweet and soothing is fading away.
My hearts better.
Thank you for visiting inside of me.
Another memory just for us.
This song will never be sung again.
Tomorrow I will write a new.
You don’t know how happy I am
to share this life with you.
You’ve seen me now,
“Inside my guitar.”

i like to sit in my room at night and play guitar. its a nice relaxing spot for me because music is just a free way to show all your emotions with being judged. sometimes i play alone sometimes my family plays with me. its a sweet spot for everyone. so when i write everything comes threw. its just your choice to listen or not.
