Storm
The death clouds appear
Over the far mountain range building up
You know it’s coming to you as you work,
Work goes on,
You pray that it hurries
As the storm approaches
You get very excited
Right as it is over you—
It doesn’t even drop a sprinkle,
It passes by and you just keep doing what you’re doing,
Your boss comes out
And tells you to go home
So the storm wasn’t even a problem.
