Flying to Heven
It started of happy,
some might say a great day.
You feel like the world is in your care,
nothing can go wrong.
Until I got back to the car
and I grabbed my phone.
In my hand it started
to vibrate.
Then the ringing, “riinngg!!” “riinngg!!”
Loud and annoying.
I unlocked
my phones and I heard my mom.
As she started to talk,
I looked up at the sky.
It was no longer blue
but gray, with dark clouds, they look sad as if they are tearing.
As she spoke, I could hear
her voice quivering
as though she was crying.
Then she told me what had happen.
The person I never meet
the person who always made me laugh
the person we all loved
the person we will never forget
He just left
she told me, flew away
to live in a happier place.
A single tear I felt on my cheek.
