Life used to be so easy
No school and no homework
We could do anything we wanted
And we could be anyone we wanted
Without being judged.

We all have to grow up though
We face difficulties everyday now
And have plenty of responsibilities
We have to start making our own choices
Choices that may come with consequences.

Growing up is tiring
We juggle school, sports, family and friends all at the same time
We get stressed and worn out
But everything that we go through, and that’s happening now
Is slowly shaping us to who we are going to be in the future.
