The less you say
The less words you say
The worse it gets
The pain goes numb
Then suddenly hits
My mind starts to wander
But my heart always denies
I start to feel
This is all lies
I try to be happy
But people see right threw
when you’re never happy
It makes me so blue
The smile I wear
Gets weaker each day
you can fix it
but you look away
all I want
is to see you true
but what you show me
is definitely not you
the person I see
is always sad
never happy
never glad
I fell for a guy
Who was always true
And when things got tough
He would push threw
His eyes had a sparkle
That lit up the night
His smile was always
Big and bright
he knew who he was
And fought for that
he thrived to do better
but kept as calm as a cat
Hes lost who he is
And is always stressed out
He makes my mind wander
And I start to doubt
I doubt who he is
and if its my fault
that’s how I feel
like my hearts in a vault
my heart is with him
and will always be
its stuck in a vault
but he holds the key
Unless he gives up
We will always be two
The real question is
Does he want someone new?
