Ripping through the building
Licking the sides destroying outside form within
The metal weakens as the supports collapse
One by one, causing the structure to become unstable
Finally the weight is left on one support
It can only take so much pressure
Time, heat, force
And even after everything falls,
I will always and forever hold you up.

The author's comments:
This was created from a fight between me and my girlfriend. I was feeling hurt because I felt that she takes me for granted. At first it was going to end sadly. Then I felt guilty and wanted her to know no matter what that I love her and will be there.
