Inside my high school mind
Growing up as a teenage female is proven to be hard,
You have to be aware of the drama,
Hold up your guard,
Or face the wrath of karma.
You find a male charm,
That charm will show care,
Then break your heart, cause harm,
Teen love is forever rare.
Childhood friends left forgotten,
The body is suffocated by smoke,
Alcohol lets teeth fall rotten,
Harming yourself, you might as well choke.
Your mother is clueless,
Grades are slipping,
More people become ruthless,
Feel your life ripping.
No ones your friend,
Time can't stop,
Wishing nights to end,
Forever running from a cop.
Forgetting your dreams,
You fail your test,
Live life as it seems,
You're the high school pest.
High school is over,
You have no job,
Life has a worrying exposure,
Growing up as a teenage female is proven to be hard.
