what makes the clock go around
Time is like that love hate relationship we all have with someone
You know it’s always going to be there
But sometimes it makes you wanna swear
Second after second, slipping away
There just went another day
Holding everything together
Just like super glue
Without it we all wouldn’t have a clue
Time is something you can never get back
Or hold on to like a knick knack
Like an ongoing story
stopping for no one
and never done
always trying to ruin our fun
Changing so much with every minute
In this world time is really the only limit
It suddenly baffles you
Like the greatest twist
All this and it isn’t even the jist
Time is responsible for the aging we curse
And the lessons we learn
