New Me
At one point in my life I was so confused, decisions weighing on mind, my heart sore and bruised.
A day then came where I just didn’t care, they snickered and laughed, they all stopped to stare
Going to school was my own personal hell, day after day, same rumors they tell
I kept my head high each and every day; it is how it is when it turns out your gay.
Time went by and now its old news, I’m a way stronger person with brand new views.
So if it happens to you and your outta places to go keep your head high and let your pride show.
