Inhale.
Exhale.
Puffing on red tipped powdered sticks of sugar.

Inhale.
Exhale.
Blowing out cold winter air as if somehow smoke generated in my tiny lungs.

Inhale.
Exhale.
The moist tip on my lips as I strain to acquire smoke from a deep breath within.

Inhale.
Exhale.
I chomp down on the chalky sugar, and in that moment my innocence is restored.

Inhale.
Exhale.

This piece refers to being a young child and how you try so hard to act adult, when in all actuality growing up kind of sucks.
