Hidden within the forest,
In the middle of nowhere
It was here.
The silky smooth water,
The perfectly rounded stones,
It was here.
Behind the pine trees,
The river appeared,
It was here.
The currents roaring,
Amongst the rapids,
It was here.
The water chilled,
From the cool winter air,
It was here.
The water so cold,
It brought mist to the air,
It was here.
Where she screamed
And turned white
It was here
Where she lay
And will always stay,
She is here.
