My Imagination
His Hershey eyes
All chocolate and deep
Invade my sleep
And my wildest dreams
Smooth dark skin
Chiseled muscle arms
Gather me up
Keeping me safe from harm
Soft gentle lips
Caress my neck
Plush yet warm
Like velvet
Gentle curls
Atop his head lined up in a nice fade
That has blessed his head
And a wrinkled brow
When deep in thought
On sight
I feel as If I am swallowing knots
And then his smile
Colgate white
A shining star
On the darkest nights
So who is he?
You all have asked
I am actually a little embarrassed to say
But it’s sadly true that
I don’t know who this mystery man is
So yes, with that being said
I am passionately and ironically in love with someone who does not exist?
