in a church to pray
about a tragedy
that hapened the other day
A girl about 12
was riding her bike
in an area
that no one liked
A man with a knife
took the girl's life
No one ever heard her
With no one to see
He left with glee
He just got away with murder
A mournful couple

next to the coffin
where their daughter lay
