The Rainbow of My Brain
The emotions I feel
Are so diverse that
My mind is like a rainbow
Full of different colors.
Red comes first
Anger filling my mind
Like a pot filled with
Boiling water
Orange comes next
The stress of my life
Swells my brain and
I can't relax
Green comes to me
And calmness relaxes
My soul and everything
Makes sense
Blue comes then
And the sadness of lost hope
Is poured into my brain
It's hard to live
Indigo shakes my mind
And all my emotions
Mix and I’m like
A dog without an owner
Violet enchants my soul
All the love of life
Fills me and my heart
Beats like a drum
Pink comes
And everything I see
Reminds me of the hope
That I have
Yellow arrives last
And the happiness that fills me
Reminds me the one reason I live.
