Broken Angel

I know you say you are not one,
I know you say they are ridiculous,
I know you deny they even exists,
But I know better than you,
They do exist,
They are not ridiculous,
And you are an angel,
You just don’t see your wings,
You can’t because they are broken,
And you refuse to see anything about yourself that is broken,
But I know what you are,
I know that you will always be my broken angel.
