She knew

Once she knew what she wanted
And how she would get it
She knew everything would work out
She knew where her life was going
Now it seems everything that was a certainty
HAs vanished into thin air
She doesn't even know where her next meal is coming from
She is lost and scared
Helpless it seems
All she can do is be brave and face on
She is scared
And spends most of her time
Worrying if she will starve to death
It's the world she is living in
And she can't leave no matter how much she tries
