The Hole
As I walk through the valley and I dig a hole, I soon realize I am burying my soul.
The hole is endless, like an afterlife,
The hole is deep and dark, full of struggle and strife.
The hole is not just full of heat,
its cold and dark and six feet deep.
The life I have lived,
has ended,
And I wonder why I am constantly feeling winded.
