Worthless

My stomach screams at me
"I'm empty! Fill me up"
My head shouts at me
"Go ahead, you're worthless"
My heart yells at me
"Stop this nonsense"
So many voices going on
I push down on the blade a little more
To make them shut up
To feel something else besides
Hate, regret, depressed, alone
I grab that bag of chips
Knowing it will means another mile to run
Another cut on my wrist
Because I'm worthless
Because I'll never be good enough
I'll never be pretty enough
I'll never be skinny enough
I will always just be me
