I look upon dreary eyes reflecting dreary skies
and wonder why the world is at war with each other all the time

why can't all humanity get along

why do we have to fight to be above someone
and why do we need
enemies
when we can all be
friends

why do we terrorize everybody so their feelings are hurt

why do bullies feel the need to make people cry
and discriminate against those who are different
just to make themselves feel better

Why do parents leave their children alone
to fend on their own
when the cruelty of the world will most definitely
take away their
innocently
imagined crowns?
