Falling
I always told myself I shouldn’t fall hard
But yet I do
And I end up hurting myself more than I should
I thought this time would be different
I thought you be there to catch me
But instead
I fell
I crashed down with no support
Or help
I fell down without your love
And you didn’t notice
You didn’t know
I loved you
I love you
But you didn’t see me like that
And I understand
I’m not good enough for you
I’m me
Not her
Even if I fell
Hard
Without you knowing
I haven’t stopped
I’m still falling as the days pass
Because you’re the only one that brightens my day
Your presence brightens my life
And I can’t ever imagine a day without you
But I know I need to let you go
If you come back
I’d love you more than I do now
Which is probably not possible
But if you don’t come back
Then, it’s the end
