Sonnet
Where am I to fit in this vicious world, Where I and me is made to conform.
I feel pushed, shoved and hurled. Instead of living, I am forced to perform.
I wear what they like instead of my own, The fashion, the talk and the way I live. If I don’t follow, I will be left alone,
With no chance for them to forgive,
Forgive my style and forgive my way.
If I do anything of mine, they call me fruity. It’s a dream of mine that they one day,
See life in its real form and beauty.
Life is simple and life is sweet. With individuality its greatest treat.
