Slashing cuts on what was an empty wrist

Those words
Those words torture
Creating locked up feelings of beauty

Those words
Those words kill
Tempting the idea of death

Those words
Those words burn
Scolding the cheek with murderous tears

Those words
Those words wreck
Dissolving the hope of a better day

Those words
Those words hurt
Slashing cuts on a broken wrist
