Ongoing Sting

I may hate my life
but that was not always so
it's the people around me
If only I could go
escape from this ongoing sting
it is worse than ever
run away from everything
unfortunately, that will not make it better
I am not quite sure what has happened
it could be me, or just recently them
either way, it has caused quite a reaction
a reaction in my heart has caused quite a stir
suddenly my life is gone in a blur
I give up there's no reason to fight
now I am free, a spirit in the night
