I feel so strange watching you,
as if I'm guilty of some crime.
I'm surprised you haven't noticed yet,
I've been staring for quite some time.
You act as though you own the world,
as if you know everything.
I don't think you do; you're young,
but in your world, you're king.
Your confidence is endearing, though
you have too much to say.
You can tell, inside, there's something wrong,
with that, I look away.
