To the good girls and to the good boys

It’s hard to bring happiness when no happiness comes to you
T.C. was feeling a little blue
But it’s a little easier when the voices starting talking to you
With so much loneliness, what’s a clown to do?
With a mind wide open
T.C. was “chosen”
The mirthful messiah came to play
On the night of the amazingly terrible day
Blood rained down carnival tents
And you could hear the screams of repents
He was just one clown
Who went to town
And burned the carnival to the ground
Some nights you can still hear the music play
