Are we the pride of our ancestors? Are we the the pride of our country?
Or are we just their shame?
Many amazing men and women fought Heroically for our rights, for our Freedom, but are we abusing them? They risked their lives so we can Have what we have today, but are We using them to our advantage? Many people have used that to Their full advantage and where are They now? They are famous Musicians, magnificent authors, Well known politicians, beloved Activists, but are we using them To our full advantage, to our full Potential? Some were born Wunderkind, some achieved Greatness through hardships as They grew up. If they were still Alive today, how would they feel If they saw us keeping quiet when Something wrong is happening? If They saw us doing things we know Are wrong? Would they be so proud Of us they would boast about us Until the end of humanity? Write About us in history books? Or any Kind of book? Or would they be so Ashamed they would keep us out of History books, or any other kind Of book? We have changed this World for the better and we also Messed it up many times, but we Also learned from our mistakes. We Have things our ancestors probably Didn't have. We have technology, Freedom, rights, but are we using Them for the good of humanity? Will we ever make them proud? Or Will we always be their shame?
