A Low's High

A spirit so high, a presence so great
I only with to be in his grace
With wings of white and shining gold
My heart's desire cannot be known
For his wings are white with shining gold
--And Mine are black and only torn
I am low and he is high
I can never call him mine...
Since I am low and he is high
He has no choice but to look down at I
Since he is high and I am low
My feelings can be never shown
As wings of white and shining gold
Fly him to places--to me: unknown
I bid goodbye...and like none of the rest
I feel a grand hole in my chest
