Empty,
that's what I have become.
I could do nothing to stop you
as you slowly sucked the life out of me.
I see you,
smiling with satisfaction.
Who do you think you are?
Filling me with false hope,
then draining every last drop of happiness out of my body.
Darkness
is the world around me now.
And you're the only one to blame
for the misery I have felt.
Now I'll stand in the corner
of this closed-in room,
waiting for the next time
you'll reach for me.
