Midnight is dark
Midnight is mysterious
In time its just a mark
And midnight is never joyous
Midnight is magical
Midnight is ageless
Sometimes its musical
And sometimes its dreamless

This was a great way to capture midnight without putting overly dramatic explanations of it. I work best at midnight when it's dark and all is quiet (as I do live in the suburbs). Keep up the good writing!

I like this poem because midnight is really peaceful.
