"There is nothing to writing. All you do is sit down at a typewriter and bleed." -Ernest Hemingway

I felt a funeral in my brain-
a murmur of emptiness
forgotten in tomorrow's tomorrow.

It tiptoed, lost, like

chatter across a wooden

The author's comments:
I wrote this poem after being strangely inspired by Emily Dickinson's "I felt a Funeral, in my Brain." It has a different take on the whole idea of the poem itself. Comments are appreciated.
