All I have ever wanted.
All I have ever needed.
I only wish that you were able to see it.
I work as hard as I can,
And I always do my best.
I want you to recognize,
That I am nothing less.
I have tried to get your attention.
I have tried to make you see.
One day I hope you will find the greatness in me.
I don’t want you to doubt me.
I don’t want you to tell me what to be.
All I really want,
Is for you to be proud of me.

hey! amazing one! i love the poem. it is so simple but very firm. i like the whole 'putting my foot down' attitude. great work and keep writing XD
