my Dad 02/12/11 R.I.P

i never thought
i would lose you
Mom talked nice
about you
she said your mistakes too
Of course
i do miss you
it did hurt
when i found out
you passed away
I cried yea i did
i thought i was
going to meet you
but i never did
i wanted to hear
you say
that you missed me
i do forgive you
but i wanted to be
your little girl for
at least one day
i still wish that
now and then.
