The Reason Why I Cry
Looking out the window of my life,
I see the people passing by.
I can’t tell you why I sit and cry,
But as long as no one sees, I can go on and lie.
No one ever expects it
Me to be a reject.
Yet no one knows how I feel inside,
No one knows the reason why I cry.
No one knows the reason why I cry.
I stare at the road,
Think of the unknown.
I wish to be not alone.
But no one ever knows.
No one ever expects it,
Me to be a reject.
Yet no one knows how I feel inside.
You’ll never know the reason that I cry.
To think that I am only one,
In this world of people by the ton,
I can’t believe that I have come undone,
Yet no one knows that I want to run.
No one ever expects it,
Me to be a reject.
Yet no one knows how I feel inside.
No one knows the reason why I cry,
The reason why I cry.
Why I cry.
